Lussmanns & Rubies in the Rubble Dining with a Conscience Event
The first in our 2019 series of Supper Clubs
On Tuesday 14th May, Andrei Lussmann will team up with the warrior for War on Waste, Jenny of Rubies in the Rubble to mark two events, St Albans Sustainable Festival (11th May – 1st June) and National Vegetarian Week (13th – 19th May) to deliver a collaborative four course menu at Lussmanns St Albans.
A Great British Supplier, Rubies in the Rubble was born out of a desire to rescue ‘ugly’ fruit and vegetables and turn them into Condiments with a Conscience, Rubies in the Rubble now have a range of award-winning relishes, ketchups, chutneys and mayo in its stable all made sustainably from surplus ingredients that would otherwise go to waste.
