In true celebration of British produce, Lussmanns Fish & Grill, St Albans is delighted to announce a series of Summer Supper Clubs, taking place throughout June and July.
Committed to making ethical and sustainable dining accessible to all, without the pomp and preach, each evening is dedicated to bringing diners the finest cheeses, wines, beers and spirits that the UK has to offer.
Taking place in the recently refurbished private dining room re-named ‘The Gallery’, representative of the 60 pieces of beautiful artwork sourced locally. Each Tuesday evening will consist of a four course dinner starting at 6.30pm with a glass of complimentary fizz upon arrival with dinner served at 7.00pm.
12th June – Cheese by Eric Charriaux
More an ambassador than producer, Eric, also Raymond Blanc’s cheese man no less, represents many of the country’s best artisan & farmhouse cheese makers. £40 per person
19th June – Wines by Ellis of Richmond
Independent & family owned & est. 1822, a selection of Ellis of Richmond Wines will be selected to be served alongside a seasonal menu. £45 per person
3rd July – Beer by Roger Protz
A long standing local at Lussmanns and more importantly one of the World’s leading beer writers, Roger has been a huge influence on the beers sold at Lussmanns.
A selection of beer tasters will be served throughout the night alongside each of Lussmanns’ classics. £45 per person
10thJuly – Gin Dinner by Chase Distillery
Victoria Bragg of Chase showcases one of the UK’s leading Gin & Vodka producers now being served as our pouring house gin & vodka.
A selection of gin & vodka tasters been chosen to complement each dish, alongside select dishes having been prepared with the spirit. £45 per person
