Our Hertford restaurant does not permit dogs inside.
Dogs are allowed on our pavement area provided they:
- are kept on a short lead and under control
- remain on the floor at all times
- are quiet and well behaved
- are not fed from your plate
Owners are responsible for their pet’s behaviour and we reserve the right to ask for dogs to be removed at any time.
Please ask if you would like a water bowl.
Assistance dogs are welcome in all areas of our restaurant.

I have over thirty years experience in the hospitality industry. I believe in going the extra mile and creating special moments for each and every customer that walks through the door. Attention to detail is key and anticipating customer needs is so important. I have only worked for Lussmanns for a short time but feel that the way that the staff are trained fits in perfectly with this ideal.
I also firmly believe that we should all do our best to protect the environment that we live in and am very proud to work in a restaurant whose owners have the same core values.
